The Lodge is pleased to have our member Deanna Jensen as our chef.

She worked for seven years as a Chef at Northridge Country Club and then went into business cooking and catering for people who did not want to cook at home. She attended the Chef Apprentice School at Sierra College and is a “Licensed Personal Chef”. 

She cooks a wide variety of dishes and some of her favorites are special sauces, soups and Mexican food. Please check the menu below for the next month.
